Ian and I have just returned from a couple of nights away at Crystal Creek Retreat, which we won as “Promoter of the Year” for the Australasian Team Roping Assoc. in 2017/18. To say it is magnificent is an understatement. It is truly the nicest place on earth. A huge thank you to the ATRA for recognizing the hard work that all of the promoters put in to make the big team roping wheel work, and a special thank you to Crystal Creek Retreat for their part in the sponsorship of that special time for us.
