The new General Managers are so welcoming and have some really exciting upcoming enhancement ideas for the property! This is my favourite destination to completely relax. I highly recommend staying at Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat. Everything in the rooms is well thought out – mosquito coils, comfy king sized bed with luxurious pillows, coffee machine, Netflix, massive bath, candles, double lounger, BBQ, fireplace, fancy toiletries and so much more. I can’t wait to go back. It was so lovely to meet you Matt and Anie – see you next time!
