It’s rare these days to find that the reality of an experience doesn’t just meet expectations, but exceeds them. That has certainly been the case here, though!
We stayed in the Rainforest Lodge, which was exceptionally clean and GORGEOUS. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature, and anything we could need for climate control was at our fingertips within the lodge.
The staff set an incredible standard for top-notch friendly and personalised service. They worked with my now-fiancé to organise the most romantic proposal I could have ever dreamed of. Special shout-out to Matt, who went above and beyond at every opportunity.
The trails are also magnificent and just tame enough to safely walk (as two people in our early 30s who are not completely unfit, but not exactly experienced hikers either). I was genuinely thrilled to have come home with a few scrapes and some dirt on my shoes. It was a perfect balance of nature on the outside and luxury on the inside.
