25 June 2017Best accommodation ever. Secluded, private, sexy, spacious, spa, outdoor plunge pool, all set in a rainforest. Walk to the lookout was VERY strenuous (& we’ve done an ironman and consider ourselves reasonably fit!!). 2 nights is plenty but three would be good!!!
Simply Brilliant Luxury
15 June 2017Stayed here for Wedding Anniversary long weekend getaway. My husband booked Lamington Lodge overlooking rainforest mountain. Everything was superb! Accommodation outstanding, spacious, comfortable & beautifully designed. All meals divine, fireplace ready, dinner ready in fridge as organised. Rainforest breathtaking, interior & exterior lighting perfect as well as loads of candles. Totally Private top shelf No Work luxury getaway. Would return & recommend in a heartbeat.
Perfect in every way
10 June 2017I took my partner to stay in the Byron mountain view lodge as a birthday surprise. Absolutely everything had been thought of and the state of the art accommodation exceeded our expectations. Complete privacy and luxury. Beautifully and cleverly designed with stunning wooden furniture and sleek modern architecture. The breakfast basket was delicious but we took our own food for the rest of our meals as the kitchen and BBQ are excellent quality with everything you need. The fancy automatic electric loo kept making me jump tho ;) stunning views, amazing fire, fantastic spa bath… Would definitely come back.

5 June 2017What can I say … I don’t give 10 out of 10 ever … this one, is 11! This will become an annual retreat for us and is probably the nicest place we ever stayed. Romantic nature indulgence. Even survived the Lookout walk!
There is not one thing that they could do better
3 June 2017We had the pleasure of a 3 night honeymoon package. There is not one thing that they could do better. Everything was catered for perfectly (I.e. Spa products, firewood, chocolate, coffee, candles etc.) The food is magnificent and there’s a lot of it. The cabin itself is just beautiful. We stayed in Satinash. The spa, fireplace and outdoor shower is such a pleasure. You’re in complete privacy. We saw 2 people in 3 days – that was only because we went out for a walk. It was the perfect get away and romance overload! I will definitely be going back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Just what we wanted
21 May 2017We had the best honeymoon staying at Crystal Creek. The staff, the scenery and the food were amazing. The lodges are incredible and luxurious. It was the perfect place to escape after the wedding and was so romantic and secluded – just what we wanted.
Nothing short of INCREDIBLE!
19 May 2017An absolutely stunning place of serenity, privacy, beauty and relaxation. We came here on our honeymoon and had the honeymoon package. We also received an upgrade, to the mountain view lodges and the property were absolutely stunning. The rooms cosy and relaxing with warmth, fireplaces, spa, comfy beds and lounge. The dvd library range, board games, orchard and walking tracks meant a great balance between doing things and sitting back and enjoying the views. The food too is delicious and generous and the staff were friendly.
The highlight of our Australian tour
12 May 2017It’s one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen, the highlight of our Australian tour. It was amazing to have a delicious dinner near the fireplace with a good bottle of wine in the middle of the rainforest. We enjoyed the Rainforest Walk in the morning and the swimming in the crystal water of the creek.
We highly recommend it to couples, who would like to spend a special, romantic and unforgettable time.
Fabulously romantic
7 May 2017We stayed 3 nights in the Cedar lodge, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The isolation and privacy was amazing, making us feel like we were the only people in the forest. The staff were fantastic, with an immediate response to a concern about the pool, whilst also being considerate about not intruding on our privacy. The lodge was very well equipped, with everything required for a luxurious stay. We would love to return one day to celebrate another special occasion.
Absolutely Magical
29 April 2017This place is now my favourite place in Australia! My partner and I got married here on April 22nd!! Could not have gone any better!! Staff were amazing setting everything up, as well as coordinating everyone and everything that we needed, and our Glass Terrace Bungalow Pandorea was just beautiful.
The gourmet dinner hampers and breakfasts each morning were great. The views out the room, the orchards, our wedding site were just serene.
Can’t thank you guys enough (Mark and the team) for everything. Will be back sooner than later.

9 April 2017My boyfriend thought he was clever and brought me up here as a surprise. This place is beautiful, loved the walks, glow worms and hammocks over the water. The weekend was topped off when my boyfriend proposed to me whilst surrounded by candles and roses with a beautiful dinner. We will definitely be back.

- Star for perfect cleanliness & amazing layout of Byron retreat (I am very fussy when it comes to cleanliness)
- Star for friendly & attentive service
- Star for spectacular Views & the beautiful walking tracks of short & long periods (a must do if you stay here)
- Star for delicious homely food (I am very fussy when it comes to food, however I seemed to clear my plates everyday!)
- Finally the 5th star for making our stay one we will never ever forget! Everything was done for our comfort & pleasure. It amazing what you did for us and my special proposal was done so perfectly, it was only what happens in fairytales, and your team & my fiancé made that all come true !
Our catered dine in food was delicious from breakfast, dinner & dessert and didn’t disappoint for every day we stayed!We also loved the hike to the rock pools, hammocks & glow worms it’s such a dreamy place.
And to top it all off the above and beyond secret service you went through for a special proposal that will always mean so much to us. It was like a true fairytale and we can’t thank you enough.
We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much once again – it is definitely a special piece of earth we will highly recommend !!! Xx
A proposal I will never forget
3 April 2017My fiance booked the Byron room for 2 nights as a surprise. When we arrived at dusk, the room was filled with candles and rose petals, and the dinner table was set up with a bottle of Moet on ice. He proposed to me here and it was the most amazing, private setting I could have imagined.
The best thing though is that we then had 2 days and 2 nights to enjoy this beautiful retreat. The villa is completely 100% private with stunning views. The double bath is wonderful, as was the private heated plunge pool.
We had all our meals delivered so we didn’t need to go anywhere and they were each spectacular.
It was a rainy weekend so we only did part of the walks, but what we did we enjoyed – and we’re determined to visit again and finish the walks on a drier day.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Exactly the type of romantic spot to escape everyday life and just enjoy each other’s company and nature. Cannot wait to return soon!
