Absolute relaxation and serenity
24 June 2025CCRR is one of those ‘bucket list’ places … but add it quite a few times on the list. We spent 5 magical nights in a Mountain View Lodge. Everything was just perfect. The lodge was amazing, the scenery and nature awesome and everyone who works at the retreat – fantastic. As part of our stay we also ordered all our meals – every meal was delicious and easy to heat/cook (the portions were extremely large … to the point we couldn’t finish every meal so no complaining about every feeling hungry). The hardest part of the entire trip was trying to transition back into the real world after a week of pure relaxation and serenity. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone spend some time at CCRR. We definitely will be back!

15 June 2025My wife and I wouldn’t just recommend you stay here at CCRR, we think it’s a destination that should be added to your bucket list! Walking into the candle lit Mountain View Lodge is like being teleported into an other worldly fantasy setting. Our stay here has exceed every one of our expectations. Matt and the entire team at CCRR were incredibly kind and accommodating when we faced a family emergency prior to our arrival. They went above and beyond to adjust plans and offer support during a difficult time. Their care and compassion truly made all the difference.

Can't fault a thing
31 May 2025The best ever getaway in a long time. Accomodation and service was 10/10, food supplied was in abundance and delicious. Asked for a birthday cake last minute and we got it delivered the next day. Can’t fault a thing. The view was spectacular, so calming and tranquil. Loved the fireplace and the pool too.

30 May 2025We stayed at CCRR for our wedding and honeymoon and it was absolutely magical. The location is breathtaking, the staff are lovely and the cabins are beautiful. They helped us with everything from the ceremony to the afterparty, including food, drinks, and cleanup. It was awesome, Matt and Annie are awesome, and we hope to return many times.

Brilliantly cosy
15 May 2025My partner and myself had 2 nights with the honeymoon package. The room was brilliantly cosy with an amazing view of the rainforest. By no means is it a cheap stay but the staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I must admit I was very hesitant about microwaving the meals but each one was delicious and convenient. We will definitely be back.

Honestly exceeded my expectations
15 May 2025I had the most amazing time in Crystal Creek, honestly exceeded my expectations and I was very excited from every little detail. The property is absolutely beautiful and our room was in a perfect location overhearing the creek, a lot to see and still feel relaxed, I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Absolute Perfection!
15 May 2025My husband and I spent 3 nights at Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat and it was absolutely magical. The entire property is so private, pristine and beautiful and our Rainforest Canopy Bungalow was just perfect, with a comfy bed, warm fireplace and amazing sunken spa bath overlooking the rainforest. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making sure our stay was perfect. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner hampers delivered to our bungalow every day and both the quality and quantity of food far exceeded our expectations – we loved every single meal and they were so easy to prepare. We spent our days exploring the trails, creeks and waterfalls on the property and even had a great time taking the e-bikes down to the local cafe. The entire experience was perfection from start to finish and just the relaxing getaway we needed. We can’t recommend more highly!

The place to be
30 April 2025Thank you to the team for such a lovely time away. My partner and I needed a few days to reset and Crystal Creek was the place to be. It may have rained our entire stay (it put the rain in rainforest) but it was still a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. Matt and Anie were friendly and helpful every step of the way and great company when we visited the Bar Lounge as well. We ordered a couple of food baskets and a picnic hamper and all of it was delightful. We would love to return one day again soon!

One of those places you leave and tell everyone about
30 April 2025Absolutely stunning from start to finish. The service was incredible, lodges are perfect for a couples getaway. Very tasty food, great proportions and completely hassle free. Bush walks were great in the rainforest and we booked the creekside pavilion for lunch, incredibly relaxing.
Honestly can’t fault this place at all, Matt and the staff were always kind, courteous and very attentive to any of our needs. Service is so good you feel like you’re the only guests on the property. Stunning private residences with a private Bali villa vibe. The rainforest views from the lodge were perfect in every type of weather. This is one of those places you leave and tell everyone about. Thank you to the whole team for an incredible experience.
Luxurious and relaxing surrounded by nature and privacy
30 April 2025The new General Managers are so welcoming and have some really exciting upcoming enhancement ideas for the property! This is my favourite destination to completely relax. I highly recommend staying at Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat. Everything in the rooms is well thought out – mosquito coils, comfy king sized bed with luxurious pillows, coffee machine, Netflix, massive bath, candles, double lounger, BBQ, fireplace, fancy toiletries and so much more. I can’t wait to go back. It was so lovely to meet you Matt and Anie – see you next time!

Spectacular, you will not be disappointed
30 April 2025We booked a mid-week stay, stay 3 pay 2, on enquiring if we could add meal baskets to our booking, Matt was so extremely hospitable and ensured our booking was everything we wanted. We booked into the Rainforest Luxury Lodge ‘Cedar’. On check-in, our greeting at reception was next level, Matt explained everything with professionalism and grace. Our accommodation was nothing short of breathtaking, our meals were beyond words, servings were plentiful, taste was sensational. With the impending Cyclone approaching, Matt and staff were caring, attentive and always ensured we were enjoying our stay in this hidden secret. We decided to leave a day early, to avoid getting caught, and to allow Matt and his team to ensure the property was safe for the incoming weather. Our remaining meal baskets were beautifully packaged and delivered in takeaway style without a bother at all. Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat is spectacular, you will not be disappointed by a stay in this remarkable place. We will be back very soon, and many times after that too!! Love it here
30 April 2025Dream location, beautiful swimming holes in a pristine running creek. Terrific service and very stylish pampering. Villas that are perfect for any weather, and any occasion. Fire places for winter. King size beds. Each villa is beautifully furnished, and surrounded by glass for enjoyment of the view. A terrific bar to sample top wines, play pool, ping pong or other games and be sociable if that appeals. Great food delivered daily. Love it here. Will be back!!
