Peaceful, tranquil, the rain did not detract from its position and blending into the rainforest - unobtrusively. carers go beyond expectations. Thank you for your care.

This is the most thoughtful place we have ever stayed in. Pretty much anything we could think of that we would want, you had provided for us. Everyone here was so friendly & helpful - it really did make it a very enjoyable stay. Loved the isolation - it feels like you are in the middle of the rainforest, its very untouched.

Loved the accommodation and having hardly anybody else around and that there are no children & no visitors. Gives the experience of the retreat being our own. If it hadn't been for wanting to come up for air, we would have probably stayed in our bungalow the whole three days....The room, meals and service was lovely. Just what we needed on our first anniversary.

We go to different places for our wedding anniversary each year but Crystal Creek is one of the, if not the best we have been to. The peacefulness and privacy coupled with waking up with the sun shining through the rainforest canopy has made it a special week end for our 24th wedding anniversary. Oh... and we loved the openness of the bedroom and spa over looking the rainforest.

The perfect mix of luxury meeting nature. We loved the tranquility & feel that we were alone in the rainforest. - Loved the ambiance of both lodges - enhanced by the aroma of the surrounds & bath products [eg Lemon Murtle soap & bath salts]. Loved the candles and fireplace in Cedar Lodge.
- Loved the entertainment systems & DVD/CD choices!
- Loved, loved, loved the plunge pool& deck.
