Romance occurs naturally at Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat, never the less, we are always striving to enhance the experience. ‘100 Candle Surprise’ Marriage Proposal & Romantic Package, S. E. QLD / N. E. NSW.
We suggest you take your partner for a walk at an arranged time, just prior to dusk. Whilst you are out we will prepare your bungalow and create a wonderful atmosphere. To start with we set the table for dinner with a white table cloth and a dozen red roses. Champagne [Moet] on ice. Then we fill your bungalow with one hundred candles all lit to create the romantic mood. If you are planning a proposal,
maybe you could pop the question whilst you are wandering through the rainforest or wait for your return to the bungalow where your partner will be surprised to find the bungalow glowing to the amber light of 100 candles reflecting off the windows. You can present your partner with the flowers, delight in the romantic setting and champagne, setting the scene for your special memories. You can add any of the gourmet dinner's meals menu. After which you can retreat to the candle lit spa with champagne to relax and gaze into the rainforest of south east QLD. Maybe you can do as one of our would be grooms and surprise your partner with a romantic weekend at Crystal Creek Retreat, set up all of the above for a romantic proposal and then to put her off the scent - not propose on that night but leave it until the following night when they had a simple dinner.
Summer Rainforest Proposal & Romantic Package
During the longer daylight hours of the summer months we set up a special romantic place in the rainforest which you can stumble across during your walk. Our beautiful 400 year old fig tree on the edge of the pristine creek is the backdrop for your special moment. We set up pole candles around the tree with a table & chairs, white table cloth, dozen red roses, champagne and glasses. All you have to do is stumble across it on your walk and maybe open the champagne to your partners surprise (shock/horror) and pop the question.
