Delicious meals, private dining and scrumptious picnics

Our meals are delivered to allow our guests the convenience of dining in private at their leisure – or enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchens

At Crystal Creek Rainforest Retreat we are committed to a very high standard in everything we do ... and this includes our meals. All gourmet meals – breakfasts, lunches and dinners – are delivered to your bungalow between 2pm and 4pm, so you can decide your own meal times, from late afternoon to late at night. You don't have to stress about a schedule or dress for dinner. Meals are unhurried in the privacy of your own bungalow at your leisure. You will not be confronted by other people, staff or guests – you are, after all, a couple spending quality uninterrupted time with each other in a luxury retreat.

All the meals included in our Accommodation Packages are superb Delicious Dinners, prepared by chef Jenny Breen with premium fresh local and Australian produce for your intimate fine dining experience. The dinners can be upgraded to Gourmet Hampers.

These are fully cooked, served in ceramic terrines and placed into your fridge, complete with all condiments, breads, salads, desserts etc – ready to heat and serve at your leisure. Read more >

In this range the meals are fully pre-prepared with all the condiments, breads, salads, desserts etc. ready for you to add the final touches, which will include tossing the meat portions onto the hot barbecue in your bungalow. Read more >

For preparing your own perfect romantic dinner, our Retreat has everything for you. If you choose to bring your own supplies, every one of our rainforest bungalows has a full-size kitchen, along with a stainless-steel barbecue on the private deck. Read more >

Notes

  • As we are in a remote location and like to buy our produce fresh, 48 hours' notice is requested for all meals. This allows us to provide you with an extensive menu with the freshiest, tastiest ingredients possible.
  • Each meal is ample for one couple and cannot be mix-and-matched.
  • Alcoholic beverages are BYO.
  • We cater for special dietary requirements and other food/drink restrictions.
